Unique Care Homes was established in 2015 with a clear vision to provide a therapeutically informed integrated care provision for children from 8 – 16 years of age.

We offer a safe, child centred environment where children can recover from their experiences of abuse, trauma & family breakdown.

We believe that each child is Unique and have their individual responses to trauma therefore require a bespoke package of care tailored to meet their needs and to reflect their personal journey.Our integrated model of clinical support care and education offers placement stability to children with complex needs who may have experienced multiple placement breakdowns.

Unique Care Homes have highly skilled and dedicated staff providing a caring and homely environment where every child and young person can enjoy a safe and healthy lifestyle while benefitting from the expertise across our comprehensive range of services.

We have the ability to respond to emergency placements for children in need of immediate support, we also offer short and long term placements subject to an initial assessment process. Whilst our homes are based in North Wales we work with Looked after Children from across the UK & Ireland.
