Established in 2015, Unique Care provides therapeutic, and trauma informed integrated care, therapy and education for boys and girls between the ages of 8-18.
Each child is unique and have their individual response to trauma, therefore need a bespoke package of Care, tailored to meet their needs, and reflect their personal journey.

Unique Care are proud to deliver ‘Active Offer’ across all their Care Homes in Wales. The Active Offer is a service provided in Welsh without someone having to ask for it. It is the responsibility of everyone who provides care services for people and their families across Wales.
