Goodbyes are always hard at Unique Care, but we are so incredibly proud of our resident at Oakcroft who has been with us for five (?) years. We celebrated, told stories, ate a lot of cake, and joined together to wish him all the best in his new home. It has been a privilege to watch this young man grow at Unique Care and we are excited for his bright future ahead.
